How to brief us
A clear brief helps us deliver images that work across press, online, social, internal communications and stakeholder reporting. When you contact the Picture Desk, it helps to include:
- Who – key people, spokespeople, VIPs and any groups to prioritise.
- What – the announcement, story angle or campaign message.
- Where & when – location, dates, timings, parking and access details.
- Where images will be used – press, web, social, internal communications, reports or paid media.
- Any must-have shots – ribbon-cutting, cheque handover, signage, product, venue, team or stakeholder images.
Our Picture Desk can help refine the brief and advise on timings, shot lists, consent considerations and on-site logistics.
Coverage & locations
UNP has photographers based across Scotland, the North of England, the Midlands, London and the South, Wales, Ireland and selected European hubs. This allows us to cover single assignments through to multi-city campaigns with local knowledge and consistent output.
